How do we know the proportion of aloe vera containing a product?

On the label the ingredients are listed in order of quantity in the product. The amount of the ingredient will be represented by the position they hold in the list, the first being the highest proportion and the last the least. So, if Aloe vera is listed  at the end , that will be a sign that the proportion in the article is minimal. However ,  it is interesting that the exact percent is marked on the package .
